The staff are accommodating, and the location is handy, close to restaurants and places of interest. It’s not a four- or five-star hotel, but it does what you need. For the price, it’s not bad.

Our family’s first visit to Sagada was spoiled by this stay. The place was dirty, the rooms had lots of insects, including a big spider, and the bathroom ceiling was open, with houses close beside each other. The room linen was very thin, so it felt cold. In the morning, they charged us 10 pesos per glass of hot water, which seemed unreasonable. The staff, especially the owner, were not accommodating. We won't come back, and I can't recommend it.

We could walk to Dapliyan Coffee, which supplies Gaia Café, and there's also a nearby spot with hanging coffins, though it's not the main one. The location is right along the main street, close to the town proper, Sumaguing Cave, restaurants, and cafés. The rooms were clean and spacious, with good water pressure, and the view was breathtaking. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and even let us check in three hours early. They also allowed our mini poodle.

At 400 a night, this place works for families or anyone looking to spend the night in Sagada and experience the weather. There are rooms for 2, 4, 6, or more people, and the bedrooms are nice. There's a restaurant downstairs, too. Parking may be tricky since the space fits only 5 cars plus some motorcycles. If you're used to Sagada homestays, though, this probably isn't for you: you can't cook your own food, drinking is allowed only at the bar, and they charge corkage for drinks you bring in.

We had a great view and a nice cool breeze, like Tagaytay, in the mornings and evenings. The staff were great and very accommodating. Everything is close by, and the tourist office is about a 10-minute walk away. I'd stay here again.
