Condo Unit for 3 in Greenhills San Juan

I always stay at Summit Hotel Greenhills because it's comfortable and affordable. The room is clean, and the staff are very accommodating. Ms. Precious is especially helpful whenever I stay, and Ren goes above and beyond with his service. I'm grateful and will book again.

I came all the way from UAE, and I'll definitely recommend this property and come back. I owe an apology for posting so late. I planned to stay 1-2 days but ended up spending a full week here. The staff were always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, especially the porter. The location is great, and Greenhills is 10-15 mins away when there's traffic. The city view from the top floor is great too. Cleanliness was topnotch. Some guests have said otherwise, but my own experience was amazing. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

The stay was acceptable, though there's room to improve communication, staff initiative, and basic amenities. Parking is free, but it's narrow, limited, and first-come, first-served, which could be tricky with a larger vehicle. We booked a Superior Room and found no toothpaste or toothbrush. I tried calling the front desk, but the room phone didn't work, so I had to go out and ask. They said toothbrushes were available on request, but that should have been explained at check-in. We also weren't told the breakfast hours, and staff could have shared key details more proactively. We expected a more traditional hotel breakfast, such as eggs, sausage, or bacon. There were cereals and bread, but some other dishes didn't feel like breakfast food. There was confusion at breakfast about my sister being included, even though I had paid for her extra bed and breakfast, so it seemed the information hadn't been properly updated in the system. I also arranged an extra bed for my sister, which the hotel approved. It cost ₱1,300 for the bed and ₱200 for breakfast. I called ahead to check it would be set up before check-in, and they agreed, but the charges hadn't been made clear beforehand. Our original itinerary was cancelled, so we couldn't use our Summit Hotel Greenhills booking on the reserved dates. The free-cancellation period had passed, and we asked to move it to new dates. The request was declined repeatedly at first. I emailed and followed up several times, including after arriving in Manila. Booking.com said approval was up to the property, while the hotel said it depended on the booking site, which made everything slow and confusing. After more follow-ups, the change was finally approved, and I was thankful, but I wish communication had been clearer and quicker from the beginning.

The reception staff were very kind, and the location is near shopping malls and the MRT3 line. Still, walking around when it's over 35 degrees outside isn't easy. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the air-conditioning works well. Breakfast is available, but don't expect a European-style meal.
