OYO 448 Pvc Pension Haus

The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean, and I got a good deal through agoda. The room itself was okay, but this was still the worst stay I’ve had. Staff were rude throughout, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, who talked back. They shouted to each other from the ground floor to the third floor at 6:00 in the morning. On Saturdays, Tagum City has a lower water supply, but nobody explained that to us or helped us find water. They just stared blankly, and we couldn’t even take a bath that day.

The staff, including the Security Guard, were very kind and helpful. The booking process, though, caused a lot of confusion. There are two PVC Pension Houses in Tagum City, one near NCCC Tagum and another downtown, but Management didn’t specify which one our online booking was for. The map locator pointed to the place near NCCC Tagum, so we went there from Tagum Bus Terminal and were told we needed to go downtown instead. I’ve updated the location for PVC near NCCC Tagum to help other Travellers.

Really nice place to stay, and the staff are welcoming.
