The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with bugs and visible spider webs in the corners and near the ceiling. It felt unhygienic and fell far below acceptable cleanliness standards. The online photos were misleading too. Our room looked nothing like the website pictures, from the furniture to its condition and general appearance. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless cleanliness and honest advertising improve significantly.

We stayed a week, and the room was meant for two but had just one towel. They wanted to charge for an extra one, and when we asked to have the towel changed, reception ignored us. The sheets and restroom were dirty, the toilet flush didn't work, and the refrigerator was dirty too.

Very disappointing. I booked a particular day, but the staff put me down for the wrong one, which caused a lot of inconvenience. After staying there, I found the bad reviews were true. I should've listened to them. I don't recommend checking in here.

The hot water, TV, and kettle were all out of order. Staff were asked to fix them, but the repairs only happened the following day. I was also charged when I asked for a blanket because the sheets were dirty. The old bedsheets and pillows made the room feel unclean, and it just wasn’t worth the price.

The place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and terrible. Think it over ten times before booking.
