NDN Resort & Events Place

The setting by the lake has plenty of places to sit around the complex, including spots used by noisy guests. There are two large, clean pools that look much alike. The rooms, amenities, and services feel quite dated for the price. There’s no restaurant, and the WiFi barely works in the rooms most of the time. Breakfast runs only from 7:00 to 9:00. Pool hours end at 22:00, but people sing loud karaoke until 4 in the morning. Swimming after hours is apparently unthinkable, while a mini concert is fine. A local team trains in the gym, so it isn’t really for guests. Staff are helpful enough, but they won’t go the extra mile. Laundry isn’t available on site.

The hotel linked to the resort is quite far away, and getting there can take a while, especially in traffic. Even so, I came away wanting to return and enjoy the place again. The ndn resort is a spectacular venue for conferences, meetings, training, and other celebrations. The food is great, and the service crew are phenomenal. They know what needs doing and how to do it.

There’s a view of taal lake behind the property, and the food and rooms are great. The place also has a guard house at the entrance and a spacious parking lot that can accommodate guests during events.

There are both small and large cottages for rent, and the pool and kiddie pool are great. Parking is in an open area, but it’s not very close to the cottages. The place is nice, though you can’t actually see Taal volcano from the pool. Some people say the rates are a little expensive.
