Citadel Alona Inn

The burrito, tostados, and quesadillas were our favorites. The food is super tasty and 100% authentic Mexican, so give this resto a try. You won’t regret it! 💯💯💯💯💯💯

We liked it so much that we ordered both plates twice, the burrito and enchiladas. Washed it all down with a Golden Eagle. Hands down, the best Mexican food we found on Bohol/Panglao. Absolutely delicious.

The room we stayed in felt like my grandma’s bedroom, haha, and I loved it. Citadel Alona Inn is worth recommending. You can use the kitchen and its supplies, and the shared bathroom was nice and clean.

The pets were super cute and approachable, and we appreciated the great service. We stayed for two nights and three days in a family room that felt a bit small, but it was worth the affordable price. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean and regularly attended. There were no toiletries apart from toilet paper, though breakfast included boiled eggs, oats, and coffee. Ants were around a lot, but there’s a fridge available if you want to keep your food safe. There are no security guards on the property. The location worked well for us, within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d be glad to stay again.
