The host was friendly, helpful, and very down to earth, and we’d book here again if possible when we return to Panglao. This bungalow has just three rooms and a bit of outdoor space to get some air. It’s away from the crowded beach, so it’s peaceful, but still close and accessible. Our room was just the right size, with a queen bed, bench, TV, and personal refrigerator. When choosing a place, we usually look for food nearby, a clean bathroom, and good parking. This one checked all three: food is near the center, an easy little walk or tricycle ride away, and both the bathroom and parking were good.

The owner seems completely unprepared to handle customer questions or resolve problems properly. The negative reviews seem accurate. This place doesn’t appear equipped to address guest concerns, so I’d look elsewhere.
