A House Lucban

My family ended up with nowhere to stay, and nobody picked up when I called. I had booked Ahouse Lucban and paid in full well before another guest, and they had even sent confirmation of the location. Still, because of their negligence, they canceled my confirmed booking in favor of a later one. That’s unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The common CRs could have been cleaner, and all the stairs to the Sierra Madre room made it hard for our senior companions to get around. It doesn’t feel especially suited to seniors or kids. That said, we found the place peaceful and relaxing. The batis sounded like rain, though it was really flowing water, and it made the stay feel even calmer. The room was good, and despite having no aircon, it got cold at night. Even the pool water felt icy, which was refreshing. It’s a nice spot to unwind.

We were the only ones renting a room during our stay, so it felt like we had a private resort. The room was cozy at night, and the icy pool water was surrounded by trees that made the place feel peaceful. It’s secluded, though easy enough to find. The parking area is a little small but okay. A good place for a weekend getaway.

The pool water had a very strong smell, and it didn’t seem clean or like it had been changed. We also didn’t feel there was much privacy, and I wasn’t sure the place was safe. The room was very dirty and the place felt unhygienic. We left right after checking in because we couldn’t put up with the condition or the management. When we raised concerns about our accommodation, the owner was very rude, and customer service was awful. It’s still overpriced, and the advertisement was misleading. We expected more because the place looks a bit grand, but staying there felt like a waste of money. Don’t waste yours here.
