We’re a couple traveling together and found jprime on agoda. The rooms are big and spacious, cleaned daily, and there's a 24/7 reception. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful however they could. You can book with bonchon breakfast. It's a gated apartelle, which made us feel safe at night. I can recommend it for families or friends too.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE. 😔 I had to pay an extra charge for a room we didn't use. The transactions were confusing, with a lot of mix-ups, and they didn't ask questions to clear things up. I thought everything was settled, but ended up paying extra for peace of mind so I could enjoy the rest of our stay. Their rooms were really nice, clean, and cozy, but customer service needs to improve. I can't even remember hearing them apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and staying here was affordable. It's in the center of the city, near a foodpark and within walking distance of the shoemart. The room has basic amenities, and outside there are a garden area, parking area, smoking area, and an alfresco dinning area on the rooftop. Worth staying here.

The bathroom could have been bigger, but everything was clean and met even my high standards. The spacious room was well equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, tea cups, toiletries, and even slippers. The place was very hospitable, the person in charge at reception was always eager to help, and reception is open 24/7. There's a big parking lot. Definitely worth a stay while in Tuguegarao.
