The room was clean and basic, and the shower was clean, hot, and had good pressure. The lobby staff were professional, though not especially friendly. A staff member said the food is prepared ahead and reheated, so I decided to eat elsewhere. No complaints otherwise, and I might stay again.

I only wanted a quiet, secure place to stay while taking care of some important errands, and the repeated checkout mix-up caused inconvenience. I don’t expect five-star service, but I hope the staff get better training in guest handling. I had booked two nights. On the second day, we got a reminder to check out before noon, which I assumed was an oversight. Our plans changed, so I paid at the counter to extend by one night and make sure the booking was updated. Even after that, we got another call saying we had to check out by noon. It gave the impression that the front desk wasn’t checking guest records accurately.

The location is great, but a bad smell kept coming from the bathroom. I told the staff, and they only mopped the floor. The odor stayed, making showering and using the bathroom really unpleasant. Even with the door shut, it reached the bedroom, so I had to cover my nose while sleeping.

By checkout my gold jewelry still hadn’t been returned, and the problem was unresolved. Staff didn’t acknowledge my complaints and seemed to cover things up. They did apologize, but by then it felt too late. The first day, our room smelled foul. The next day, I noticed my jewelry was missing and reported it right away, around 2 AM. Staff said they’d tell the manager, who supposedly wouldn’t arrive until 8 AM. I called twice that morning to follow up, then went to the front desk and was told the manager was on leave. First they said she’d come at 8, then they said regular office hours were 10 AM to 6 PM. Those conflicting explanations felt strange. I only got the issue addressed properly after I reported it to the police. Service also seemed selective, and staff gave inconsistent answers. Room service said they didn’t deliver to rooms, even though they had brought coffee the day before. Housekeeping told me verbally that the bed sheets would be changed every three days.
