The staff were accommodating, and the location is close to malls, eateries, and the terminal. This is a semi-budget stay with a spacious room, chair, table, and wall cabinets. The bathroom is spacious too, but there's no hot and cold shower. There are some drawbacks: no elevator, stained CR tiles, and intermittent Wi-Fi. The hotel was under renovation as of March 23, 2025. Recommended. Thanks for a safe and memorable stay in Zamboanga City.

The location is good, but I can't highly recommend this place. Our room was large, though old, and the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom was also big but poorly maintained, and the toilet took a while to flush. On our last day, the water suddenly turned brown, with black dirt floating in it. Really nasty. We were the only ones on the fourth floor, which felt spooky. The whole building smelled like a dead, rotten rat, and rats were roaming around. There's no parking or elevator, so if you have a car, you may want to find a hotel with parking.

It's good for the price, but I felt unsafe because the window lock in my room was broken. You know what I mean, who knows if a burglar could pretend to be a guest.

For a weekend night, this was the only budget hotel I could find. The service was okay, and the price was in line with other hotels around the city. The furniture and amenities are old, though.
