Hotel Eden Rock

No geyser even in November, so we had to heat water with dangerous electric rods. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, the beds were in bad shape, and the staff weren't cooperative at all. A very bad experience, and I'm totally disappointed.

I paid the full amount in advance for a one-night stay plus a few extra hours last month. Their own food service wasn't available, including the complimentary breakfast, so I had to go outside to get food. Each time I did, I was followed and questioned about where I was going and why. That made me extremely uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate. I asked for a discount because my stay only went a little beyond one day, but the staff rudely refused to consider it.

The hotel has great, enjoyable food, and provides excellent service to customers.

The place wasn't managed well, especially the washrooms. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained and unclean, too.
