At 14k per night, the reasonably spacious room had two double beds and should suit a family of 4 to 5 persons. The location is convenient, just 550 meters from GPO Mall Road, with shops and attractions easy to reach. The rooms were clean and well-kept, but the washroom was only average and could be improved. The windows had no scenic view, which was disappointing. It’s a decent option if cleanliness and location matter most, but don’t expect luxury views or top-notch bathrooms.

The service was very rude, and the staff were rude too. There was no soap in the washroom, no heating system, and neither the room nor washroom seemed clean.

I’d tell people not to stay here. The staff were very rude, service was poor, and I didn’t like the location. The WiFi and TV weren’t working. We’d booked specific rooms before arriving, but they said ours had been given away and put us in something we hadn’t asked for. Then they charged more than before for just two rooms instead of three. If zero stars were an option, I’d give that. We’d already paid a service tip in the bill, but the waiters and manager asked for another tip. It was nighttime and my family was exhausted, so I felt forced to stay. If I’d been alone, I wouldn’t have stayed at all.
