Apartamenty Sun & Snow Marina Primore

About Marina Primore, Kaczyńskiego Street 24, Apartment 33. My stay was under reservation 1078701. I sent Sun&Snow a review, but they ignored it. The location is one of the best around, close to the sea. The apartment, however, needs a complete renovation: some tableware is missing or damaged, the furniture is damaged, and the old appliances are hard to clean. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned, despite the not-low cleaning fee. I’d give the office service only 2 stars as well. On arrival, the parking lot was occupied, so not all services were available, and the customer was basically left to manage alone. That was true of both the hotline and the local office. The complaint wasn’t handled positively from the customer’s perspective. The issue will be looked into further. I don’t recommend either this office or this location.
