The spa on the fifth floor was lovely, clean, quiet, and well kept. I managed to book a massage at short notice, and the treatment was both professional and deeply relaxing. It would help to have clearer advice beforehand about what to wear. One evening, reception also helped me arrange a last-minute nail appointment with real warmth and care. The hotel itself felt calm and luxurious, was immaculate and beautifully maintained, and sits in a central but peaceful spot with everything within easy walking distance. A very comfortable stay, and I'd gladly return and recommend it.

I'm really unhappy with how my situation was dealt with. I'd stayed here before and found it relatively okay, so I recommended the hotel. Now I regret that. I won't come back or recommend it again. The customer service was disappointing. The location may be convenient, but I'd choose Scandic across the street or one of the many other hotels in Gdansk instead.

Adam welcomed us in such a lovely way, and he really made our stay better. The hotel itself was amazing and in a good location. I still don't quite understand why hotels use separate sheets, but it's okay.

We had to switch rooms twice. The first had extremely loud music late into the night, louder than ordinary street noise. The next room smelled so bad that I couldn't bear it. On top of that, the man at checkout was rude and unprofessional. I stayed here a few years ago and was really happy then, so coming back to such a disappointment was sad. It isn't worth the money.

We had a big room, friendly staff, a lovely restaurant, and a huge breakfast. The location was good too, and everything else was great. We only wished the relaxation area had a pool or jacuzzi.
