The staff made this stay especially nice. Mikołaj was kind and suggested restaurants and places to visit, and Alima was extremely patient and helpful with me. The hotel itself is new and sits in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was clean and lovely, with tea and a kettle provided.
There’s a Carrefour Express just three minutes away, and the tram stop nearby can take you almost anywhere in the city. Staff were very nice, breakfast was great, and there’s a snack vending machine in the lobby.
Vesper House has a cosy, charming feel, and the crew made the stay with warm, attentive service. My room was comfortable, immaculate and had all the modern amenities. A wonderful place to stay, I’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back.
The room was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were lovely and helpful.
We stayed at Vesper House in July for our wedding weekend, and the staff made us feel so welcome. They were warm and professional, and seemed happy to help with anything. One staff member lent us her own steam iron for our wedding clothes, the hotel let us chill our wedding wine when our plans went wrong, and they cheerfully booked taxis. On our last day they stored our luggage without making us feel like a bother. Our rooms were clean, fresh and very cosy. Breakfast was generous and nicely prepared, especially the delicious scrambled egg. Those thoughtful touches made the whole stay extra special. I’d highly recommend it.
