The apartment was beautiful and in a good area, and would be worth it if the heating issue were fixed. It wasn't working, so the room was cold. We reported it, and a woman came to check, then told us there was a problem with the boiler. Maybe because we were only there for one night, she didn't offer an alternative or say anything beyond telling us it wasn't working. I found that unprofessional. The internet was also quite slow.

The apartment was modern and clean, and the location was generally nice. But the air-conditioning didn't work, and it was almost impossible to reach reception. That was stressful while trying to plan things before arrival. I'd stay somewhere else next time because of it.

A cosy, clean apartment in the Old Town, in a great spot. The Motława riverbank is just a few steps away, with charming cafés and restaurants all around.

The apartment was really nice and check-in went smoothly, but there was no support when something went wrong. The kettle malfunctioned at night and the power went out across the whole place from 10 pm until 10 am. Resetting the breaker might have fixed it, but it was inside a locked box. I called support four times and nobody picked up, then emailed reception and got no reply. I was due to work in the morning and had to leave before checkout because I couldn't power my laptop and nobody responded. It felt like no one cared.

At first glance the place seemed fine. Then I noticed water or damp damage on the walls, a dirty bathroom, and a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The towels were frayed too. If those things don't bother you, the noise might: there's a club downstairs that stays open very late. I only managed to fall asleep around 3 am, completely worn out.
