The apartment was plainly dirty, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, possibly several groups before them. We also learned on check-in day that one apartment had been split into two supposed “apartments,” without the owner telling us. That meant sharing with drunk, aggressive men. We were afraid to stay the night and refused. The host said he’d refund the unused night, but never did. In my view, guests should be told these “apartments” are just two rooms in one apartment. Not everyone is comfortable sharing with a stranger. I can’t recommend this.

We booked the same apartment twice over two months. It’s in a good spot and is quite pleasant apart from the near-constant sewage or pipe smell. The stay window is really short too, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 PM.

Chlebnicka 19/20 The location is the one good thing. Inside, it’s neglected and dirty: cracked walls, bathroom baseboards rotting, and a stained sofa bed that makes you wonder what happened. They’ve just covered the dirty or rotting marks instead of fixing them, and there isn’t even anything there to clean them yourself.

For just one night it wasn’t a disaster, but I wouldn’t have picked this apartment if I’d known what it looked like. Getting through all the doors took me at least ten minutes because the codes weren’t explained clearly. The walls were scratched and the trim was broken. We expected a nice view, but outside were buildings like communist-era council flats, with overgrown twigs on the walls. In the kitchen, the cabinet and counter edging was peeling away.
