For the price and convenience, this place is perfect. The towels they gave us were wet and smelled like a wet dog, though, so we didn't shower.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was plenty of parking on site. Self check-in went smoothly: we got the access codes beforehand and never had to contact anyone. The property is next to the forest, with a convenience store nearby and the city center not far away. Overall, I'm satisfied and would ask people to consider staying here. The room felt quite cramped, and the walls are thin, so you can hear a lot from the adjacent room. The bathroom ventilation comes on automatically with the lights, which could wake your partner if you use the bathroom at night. The window is in the ceiling and may be tricky to close.

If you need somewhere very cheap near Katowice and don't expect extras, this place may do. But it could be much cleaner. The shower trays overflow, the corridors echo badly and get very noisy, and there's no place to leave your luggage on departure day.

The poor insulation makes this room unbearable in summer, so I wouldn't recommend it then. It has no regular window, just a roof window above the bed. If you leave that open, rain can end up soaking the bed.
