The breakfast was the one letdown. We got the same mostly salty food every morning for four days, with little variety. The hotel itself is small, quiet, clean, and centrally located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was bright and roomy, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. If you want the room cleaned, remember to put the sign on the outside door handle.

I’ve stayed in plenty of places, and this is one of the best. We had a large, comfortable room that was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, and breakfast each morning was wonderful. The location was perfect too. Whenever I’m in Krakow again, I’ll stay at Amber Hotel for sure.

The team is the main reason I’d return to Amber Boutique Hotel. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and ready to help, and I even received a lovely birthday card that made my day. The hotel feels cared for and boutique, with spotless, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and healthy. It’s an easy walk to the Old Town and Main Square, but the street is quiet enough to sleep well. Highly recommend it as a base for Kraków Old Town.

The service was the standout for me. EMILIA, you were fantastic, thank you! The hotel also had what I needed for cleanliness, facilities, eco-friendliness, and a central location. One small idea, especially for the many Italian guests I noticed: it would be nice to have more sweet breakfast choices.

I spent a week here and had a pleasant stay. The room was roomy and clean, with a hot shower, fresh sheets, and comfortable bedding, which was more than I expected for the price. It’s a little dated, but that didn’t bother me. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, and the premises were kept very clean. The location was okay, about a 10-12 minute walk from the city square, with public transport, convenience stores, and a few cafes accessible nearby.
