Everything was so clean, and the layout made the space feel open and comfortable. They had generous jars of tea bags, instant coffee and ground coffee, which was a lovely touch. The location is right in the center, with a 24/7 shop around the corner just a minute away for food at any hour. We’d arrived from Estonia, stayed somewhere else in the city first, then went to Zakopane before choosing this hotel, so we had places to compare it with. Honestly, I was impressed, just wow.

From our first day, the apartment felt like home. We found it easy to get around Krakow because everything was close, and the place had what we needed, with lots of thought put into the details. It was clean, and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Getting in and out of the building was straightforward too. The team were warm, kind and quick to answer questions, always ready to help. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Krakow.

It was easy to explore the city from Art Palace Fragola Apartments in Kraków, just a short walk from the Main Square. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the facilities covered everything we needed. There was some party music nearby in the evenings, so it could get a bit noisy, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided and it didn’t bother us. We’d happily come back.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful and perfectly clean, with everything we needed. Communication was great, the location was perfect, and I loved having a list of recommended places.

A very clean, well-run apartment, close to the Square and all the other amenities. We’re looking forward to staying again soon.
