8/10
The apartment was spotless, practical, and looked just like the pictures. It had all the comforts you could want. The company running the residence responded promptly, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location is convenient, close to both Krakow's main train station and the old town. There's also a paid car park right outside the building.

The apartment itself was nice, which makes this harder to say, but the company was dishonest. I stayed for over a month and paid a hefty deposit, then the owner refused to return it. At the end, she came up with reasons to keep the money, claiming it covered cleaning, laundry, my use of all the towels, and damage I absolutely hadn't caused. It was clear to me she didn't want to pay the deposit back.

The building and apartment were beautifully presented, and everything was clean. It's a beautiful place in a great location near the old town, shopping mall, and train and bus station. There's a lift too. Highly recommended.

The decor was finished to a high standard, and the place felt really clean and modern. Krakow centrum station is just a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring.
