Park Inn by Radisson Krakow

Mr. Artem made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness, skill with guests, and personal attention at reception showed real professionalism, and I’m grateful for his help. We also found the hotel good value, with a generous breakfast buffet offering plenty of choice. The restaurant team was attentive and elegant in its service. Across the hotel, the staff showed a clear commitment to guests’ comfort and satisfaction, making the service feel tangible rather than just a policy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I’d expected a cheaper, more basic Radisson, but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a good size and very clean, and breakfast was good too. It’s right by Wawel, with a short walk over the bridge. There’s a convenience store and bakery across the street. The reception staff were great, especially Ms Wiktoria, who checked us in and shared useful information about Krakow. Thanks, Wiktoria.

Kazymierz is just over the bridge, so it’s easy to head there in the evening. The location worked perfectly for my weekend in Krakow, and the hotel parking was really good too. Ania made check-in smooth, and thanks to the staff for the mini-pącki 😍. My room was large, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. Thanks, and see you next time.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is in a good location with a great breakfast. You can also borrow a bike for free to explore the city. My window faced a construction workshop, though there are rooms with good views. Housekeeping was infrequent during my three-night stay: the room was cleaned once, and the bath wasn’t included. That was a minor issue for me.
