We were pleasantly surprised by our stay and came away quite happy. We spent two nights here while visiting Krakow. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The parking was very convenient, and the whole place was very clean. This is an excellent new aparthotel, and I can sincerely recommend staying here.

We paid for two parking spaces at check-in, but when we tried to leave, the barriers wouldn't open. The receptionist who registered us hadn't entered our car plate numbers into the system. We'd booked for three people, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed when we arrived. I contacted reception and waited about 40 minutes. The receptionist didn't seem to know the room types or be able to give clear information. When I asked a male staff member for the bedding, he smirked. I also asked if there was an administrator or hotel manager I could complain to, and was told neither was available. The bathroom door lock was broken, and there were no slippers or bathrobes. The service and front desk staff's attitude were unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel. 👎🏼👎🏼

Good value, with new apartments, helpful staff, and a nice restaurant and supermarket in the building. It's farther from the centre, but that's fine if you're travelling by car.

The food was spectacular, and the service was very good and pleasant. It's a beautiful hotel in Krakow. A little far from the centre, but worth it.
