Cotton House

We had a pleasant stay. The apartments are roomy, well furnished, and well equipped, and the pentahouse was clean and well lit. The staff were very friendly and the price was fair. There's free wifi, parking in the yard and underground, and breakfast is available. It's also close to the center.

We stop here whenever we need to sleep overnight while crossing Poland. The rooms are large, really more like apartments, and it's very good value for money. There's private parking, and very late check-in isn't a problem. It also seems close to downtown, though we've never checked that out.

I love Cotton House. The apartments are well designed and have everything you need. It's ideally placed near the center and Piotrkowska, right across from Poniatowski park for a morning walk or run. Parking is available on the property behind a gate for a fee, or outside. I didn't try the breakfast. It gets booked out, so reserve early, especially for longer stays that include weekends.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a short stay. We paid less than 800 zl for two rooms for two nights, and it even had a balcony. My only complaint was the bed, which was quite hard and uncomfortable. For 35 zloty, breakfast is all you can eat with a wide choice, so there should be something for everyone. It's a great deal if you're short on time or want to fill up for most of the day. We were there for comic con, so that worked for us. It's close to Piotrkowska and central, though I'm not a fan of gated estates like this. A good, affordable alternative to hotels.
