The apartment has some interesting points, but you need to be careful about where you go. Late afternoons and evenings are quiet, though that peace only lasts until about 8 am. Privacy was the biggest problem. There are no curtains, so people can see inside through the glass by the entrance and kitchen while you're at home in your underwear. Beside the bedroom with the double bed is a vehicle workshop. It's generally quiet, but you hear them arrive, and they can see through the window, since the curtain doesn't fully cover it. The electrical setup also badly needs work: the bathroom socket and mirror light don't function, so the only place to plug in a hairdryer is the washing machine outlet, some distance away. Some ceiling lights flicker or don't work, and several outlets around the house are faulty. The kitchen felt neglected too. There were only two spoons when we arrived, and neither soup pot had a lid. We asked the woman from the neighboring house, who kindly brought some. There aren't enough utensils, and cooking or warming food on the ceramic hob takes ages. I switched to induction. A microwave would help, but there isn't one. There's no clothesline either, so washed clothes have to go on an outdoor rack, which is risky if it rains. The shower is awful and can leave the whole bathroom soaked, depending on how you use it. The Wi-Fi router has the password on its underside, but connecting doesn't give you internet. We didn't try the TV, though streaming definitely wouldn't work. Vodafone coverage at the apartment was terrible, barely 4G and hard to browse with. My children had Simyo and got 5G. The woman who runs the house seems lovely, but she only speaks Polish, which makes communication difficult for tourists who don't speak it. If I'd known about all this, I would have paid a little more.

A lovely place, with a clean, beautiful garden and pleasant surroundings. I recommend it.
