Radisson Blu Hotel, Szczecin

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and breakfast decent. We usually choose the Novotel, but came here for a little treat and would probably book again. The extra cost seems worthwhile for the comfort and facilities, including the pool, spa, and lobby. Staff were excellent and knew their jobs. Parking did cost a bit more than at other hotels in town, though. We had a lovely weekend in Szezecin.

Parking underground is limited and pretty expensive, which was the one downside. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will be back. The refreshed room was really impressive, breakfast was good, and the pool felt pleasant without being too crowded. The kids loved the heated stone loungers, and I found them relaxing too. Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and capable. There’s also a lovely cocktail bar on the top floor, with bartenders who know their stuff. Well done.

The wellness spa has several rooms and experiences, and it was very affordable. I had a 50-minute massage for $35 USD, which was fantastic. The main thing I’d change is the temperature: the jacuzzi felt like it was only around 90 degrees F, so hotter water would improve it. Breakfast was 80zeloty, buffet-style and good. The hotel was very clean and in a great location, though the rooms and carpet feel dated. The shower design was silly, but I’d still return.

The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and the underground car park is handy. Rooms are clean, though a little tired, and the water flow is very slow. Breakfast was just okay for me, but there was a large selection and the staff did a great job clearing tables. This was my first stay at a Radisson Blu. I spend over 200 days a year in IHG branded hotels, and I’ll definitely use the Radisson Blu brand again.
