The owner was very hard to reach, and when we raised problems, they were brushed off. On Friday, the lady said a cleaning company would come at 10 a.m. the next day so we could show them the issues. We waited and changed our plans, but at 10 she said they’d come at 11, then after we said we would keep waiting, she changed it to noon. She said we expected miracles, when all we wanted was decent cleanliness and safety. We had a deeply disappointing stay at Willa na Górce at 7A Orla Street. It was nothing like the listing photos, including the outside of the building. The apartment was filthy, with cobwebs, ants, and dust nearly everywhere, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The owner said that checking under beds or behind doors was "our imagination" and that dust there was normal. Within the first five minutes, a wardrobe door fell onto a child’s head. It turned out to have been propped against a piece of furniture instead of installed. That was utterly irresponsible and a health hazard. The bathrooms were in terrible shape, with shower trays held together by tape and a shower door that wouldn’t close properly. The radiators and TV didn’t work. Kitchen cabinets were loose and hanging, the entrance door looked ready to fall off, the dishes were dirty and seemed unwashed, and the bedding was dirty and stale. The mattresses were in very poor condition. There was also a camera installed in the property without any information or consent from guests, raising serious privacy concerns. I strongly advise against staying here. The cleanliness, safety, and standard were far below what they should be, and I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to deal with this unprofessional owner.

The place was dirty throughout, with dusty rooms, dirty dishes and rubbish left by previous guests. There was mold on the walls, and the TV was broken. The beds are worn enough that you can feel the springs and beams while lying down. The railings also felt so loose that a child leaning on them could get hurt, and the doorknobs kept coming off. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for anyone with allergies. Calling it a villa seems off; it felt more like an old cottage with mold. Honestly, a real disaster.

The worst thing was the old, junky couch. I fell off because you can't lie near the edge without it tipping and dumping you on the floor. Thankfully, the child was on the other side. There's lots of dust, the furniture is ruined, the blinds are coming loose, and some doors won't shut. The toilet doesn't even have a button, just a tube inside that's hard to press. We were also told to accept that one bed means two sheets, and that this would definitely be taken from the deposit. The owner's very unfair attitude makes her look like a moron. I don't recommend this place!!!! Definitely read this!!!!
