We cut our winter break short and got a refund, but this was not the holiday we’d hoped for 😞 The rooms were the only thing we liked. We’d brought the children expecting the pool to be a highlight, but the water was so cold it couldn’t be used, and nobody had warned us. The meals were the worst part. The offer photos looked appetizing, but breakfast was poor, and dinner seemed to change from day to day. The kitchen’s comments were really out of line, and the food left us with stomach aches. I don’t blame the staff. The owner should be ashamed, especially with the nightly price being so high, and it felt like he was trying to save money on everything.

We’ve stayed here four times now, most recently in September 2025, and we’ve always been very pleased. The service is excellent, and guests are looked after so well they feel at home. It’s also very welcoming to pets and their four-legged companions. On our last visit, there was a problem with the room we’d booked. The owner rushed to help and let us use his private apartment for the whole stay, and we’re sincerely grateful. The food spread covered both breakfast and dinner, with a variety of dishes for everyone from the youngest to the oldest, as the attached photos show. We’re surprised by the negative comments about the food and rooms, which I think are unfounded and malicious. For a quiet holiday in a pleasant atmosphere, this place works at any time of year. We picked this place for the children’s pool, but couldn’t use it because the water was so cold. I hadn’t read the reviews, even though people often mention that problem. We feel cheated. For the standard at Globus, there are places nearby for half the price. I’d avoid this place.

The room felt cramped, and the food wasn’t very tasty, though some people may like it :) The pool water was very cold, and the changing room was small. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. In the double room, the shower had no door, so water kept getting all over the bathroom. The hotel itself is nice, but I’d rate it 4/10.
