Great.

Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and included, and the service was very friendly. The place is useful as a base for seeing Ustroń, close to the center but away from the bustle. It’s somewhat tucked away in a tight corner, though that wasn’t a big problem. The rooms are decent and clean, but show their age. We were there on chilly nights and ended up huddling under a blanket. It wasn’t actually cold, but stronger heating would have helped. There were two usable sockets, though awkwardly placed, and with none near the table we had to put the kettle on the floor. It’s a pleasant place for the price, as long as you remember it isn’t a high-end hotel. Four stars feels right.

The breakfast buffet has a huge choice, all fresh, with lots of baked goods and something sweet and homemade to have with your coffee. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the service is always friendly. Guests can use the spa too. I recommend it, it’s worth a visit.

The staff were the worst part: they were invisible, rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. Breakfast was okay, and the room temperature was fine. The room itself felt gloomy and unwelcoming, with very poor soundproofing. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses thin, and springs were sticking out. Bedding was old, towels were gray, and the TV was about the size of a computer monitor with a remote that didn’t work. There wasn’t even water in the room, and there weren’t enough bath toiletries. I really don’t recommend this place.
