The apartment was a good size for two, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very large, clean private bathroom. Wi-Fi was great, and the heating kept us warm in the December cold. It’s about 500 meters from Warsaw Central train station, an easy walk, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were helpful, and you pick up the keys from their office just across from the station. The bed felt too spongy and wasn’t very comfortable. Watch out for the 40 PLN fee for early check-in or late checkout. They pre-authorized the full amount on my card, and I paid 300 PLN for two days.

I booked on Friday night for dates in June, around 08.03, with free cancellation. Less than three hours later, on Sunday morning, I realized I’d made a mistake and cancelled. They charged my card on Monday even though the booking had already been cancelled, and the money still hasn’t been returned. I don’t trust them, and feel they’ve stolen from me. Let them die in this crisis!

A cozy, clean and nice place to stay in Warsaw. It had everything we needed, and there’s a biedronka nearby where you can buy almost anything.
