Warsaw Inside Apartments

After a long journey, I couldn't rest on the apartment's cheap, badly worn mattress. It had a deep hollow, and lying on it was extremely uncomfortable. I messaged to cancel and asked for a partial refund because the bed was impossible to sleep on. The owner refused, even though I had to book another hotel and pay extra, without using any of the amenities. If a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep after your trip matter to you, this isn't the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Everything we needed was in the apartment, and it was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff gave clear instructions for collecting the keys, so everything went smoothly. I recommend it 100%, and we'll definitely come back!

Getting the apartment key is difficult, and there's no reception in the morning or evening. The place is dirty, and there are much more comfortable apartments nearby. I don't recommend it.

I booked and paid through Booking, but the property canceled my reservation. They then offered a different property with a different bed setup, and I still couldn't get an invoice after the stay. I strongly advise against booking here.
