Property Apart - Ruska Centrum

The room was so cramped and gloomy that it felt like a storage closet. The bed was tiny and I couldn't get proper rest, and the bathroom was just as uncomfortable. There were no blinds, so privacy and sleep were both a problem. We had booked at reception and asked for a nice room with a double bed for two people. Parking was in a separate building, which meant a walk to reach the car. It felt misleading and nothing like what was advertised. A terrible stay, and I wouldn't come back.

The bed was clean and the ensuite was nice. The room itself had stains on the wall, though. There was no TV or tea-making equipment. From the window you could look out at a nice courtyard or toward the shopping centre in front.

The bathroom flooded whenever I showered, with water running into the room. I had to make a barrier with towels to keep it from reaching the bed, then push the water away myself because there were no proper cleaning tools. There were also bits of broken glass scattered on the floor, and I stepped on some, which was uncomfortable. I found bugs on the bed too. The curtains were too short, so neighbors could see into the room and my privacy was compromised. This was at RentPlanet - Apartamenty Ruska. Despite paying an extra 200 PLN cleaning fee, the apartment was in an unacceptable state when I arrived. For 340 PLN total, I could have had a much cleaner and more comfortable stay at a 4 or 5-star hotel. This place wasn't worth the price. I sent the team photos and my complaints and asked them to resolve it, but they took no proper action. Completely unacceptable service. I strongly advise against booking unless they make serious improvements.

The place was cozy and welcoming, and very clean. The location is excellent.
