We’ve been coming back for 11 years, and it’s a fantastic place for children. There’s a swimming pool, spa, gym, bouncy castle, play area, and a great range of activities during the winter holidays. The dinner and breakfast buffet is phenomenal, too. Snowlandia is only a 15-minute walk away, and the location is brilliant. I’d thoroughly recommend it!

The food was great, and the pool was OK, though small. That’s about where the good points end for me. This place doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel, maybe 2 stars at best. The building and room look old and very basic, and it wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen. Noise was a major problem. You can hear everything from nearby rooms, including children yelling and running around and people speaking normally. There’s basically no soundproofing, so I wouldn’t stay here if you want to rest or sleep well. They charged 60PLN per day for parking and didn’t mention it at check-in. Pathetic. I won’t be back.

The nature around the hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed the snow with the kids nearby. We stayed for a week before Christmas and had a very good holiday. The hotel, staff, and location were all good, with everything within walking distance of the centre. Thank you for your hospitality.

The turtles in the aquarium were super cute, and I liked having a pool and sauna. Breakfast was superb, and the place had a cozy feel, like an old family home.

The location gave us a peaceful break from the crowds while keeping us close to hiking trailheads and just a short walk from the shops and restaurants on Krupówki street. Our son loved the big kids’ room, with its toys, ball pit, and games, and the pool slide was another big hit. We had a fantastic stay at the Belvedere Hotel in Zakopane. It’s a comfortable, convenient choice for families, and I highly recommend it.
