The room we were given was tiny, nothing like the photos, and the room on offer didn’t seem to be shown in the pictures. We paid 300 zlotyh. The next day, we found a much nicer hotel for the same money. This felt like a scam. We booked two nights based on the photos, which looked nice. After traveling for 13 hours, we were exhausted and just wanted to rest. Check-in was self-service, so we called for instructions. The manager told us where the keys were and gave us the room number. There was barely room to move around the single bed, with walls on three sides, and the toilet was so small there was nowhere to stand. The WiFi didn’t work in that room either. When we called, the manager came and offered us another room, the one actually shown in the photos, so we decided to stay one night. It was bigger, but still in bad shape: the shower was broken and patched with something that initially looked like snot to us, the drain didn’t work properly and left us standing in water, the lights flickered, and the bed had only a thin mattress with a blanket over it. The manager said she’d change the booking to a one-night stay. But when we left the next day, she messaged that she wouldn’t change anything or refund the second night because she had changed our room to the one we’d actually booked. Basically, she lied to us while we were there and had lied when booking us into that tiny room instead of the one in the photos. It’s a shame we didn’t take pictures ourselves. We were exhausted, and the face-to-face conversation was polite, but they showed their true colors after we left.

Don’t fall for this scam! The room is tiny, with no room for two people to move around. It was listed as 15m2, but that’s a lie. I measured it myself: the bathroom is 2.06m2 and the living room is 8.5m2. The shower is only 0.80 cm by 0.70 cm, so you can’t turn around in it, and there’s nowhere to put even a suitcase. The renovation is terrible compared with the photos, and the cornice nearly fell off. There was a kettle on the table, but no way to plug it in there. The only socket was by the bed. You can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including the TV, conversations, and toilet sounds. At breakfast time, it feels like everyone is eating in your room. There was an unbearable chemical smell, as if something had been used to get rid of mold. My rest was spoiled. I don’t think this room is worth any money. I’d rather pay a little more and find somewhere good to stay.

The location near Krupówki was convenient, but it couldn't make up for how the stay went. Noise from neighboring rooms carried on late into the night, so we couldn't sleep or relax. I told the staff, but their response only helped briefly and the noise returned. We weren't offered another room or any lasting fix, just left to put up with it. We ended up checking out early and giving up the rest of the stay we'd paid for. When we left, the owner said we'd get a refund for the unused nights. I still haven't received any money or compensation, and the property eventually refused to pay. I don't think the place offers the basic conditions needed to rest, and the way it handled our complaint and the promised refund seriously undermines trust in its service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and a comfortable night's sleep.

The room had what we needed for a restful stay, with a great bathroom, and it stayed warm and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The place was clean and pleasant, and it's close to both Krupówki Street and Kuźnice. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. I'd happily come back! ⭐️
