The location is close to the city center, but the stay was terrible and completely messed up my trip. The listing said there was a kitchen, but there wasn’t one available at all. The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, especially toward foreigners, and the parking staff also disturbed us unnecessarily. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I really can’t recommend this place. It was dirty and old, like somewhere from the 90s, and I’m not even sure it qualifies as a B&B or hotel. The only good things were the free parking, which may have been included in the price, and the location in the city center. We paid 900€ for five nights, which was ridiculous, even considering the location and high season. After the second day, we asked for clean towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper. Reception told us they don’t provide that service. So we were expected to use the same towel and sheets for all five nights, and they confirmed that was the case. The service was very bad, the room was dirty, and they didn’t seem to care at all. Please check this place out before staying in this kind of hostel house.

The mattress was painfully uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. I found a lot of hair on my pillow, which left me wondering whether the bedding had been changed between guests. The toilet also wouldn’t flush until we fixed it. At check-in, the receptionist scolded us for how we opened the door. We’d opened it like any other door, and even after I tried to explain, she kept insisting we’d done it wrong. The rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. It was the cheapest place around, but still not worth the price. Stray hair on the pillow and an incredibly unpleasant reception.

We had a spacious room, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The location was great, too. Our room, though, had old-fashioned furniture and a leaking toilet, and didn’t look anything like the photos on Google.
