6/10
The rooms looked nice and were clean, though I expected more space from a room for four. Check-in was disappointing: we weren't given a key for the gate and had to enter through it, then found we had no key for the building itself either. To top it off, the number on the key we did get didn't match the number on the door. Three stars from me.

The rooms are fine, but the neighbor causes a lot of trouble. Police and security show up just after 10 p.m. I wouldn't recommend it.
