The room was clean and cozy, and I enjoyed the breakfast, too. The location is pretty good, and the reception lady was super kind. I'd love to come back. I recommend it.

A wonderful place, though getting there on foot from the city center is a bit tricky and it's somewhat far away.

The staff made everything easy for us, from sending a lovely message at 12:00 PM to let us know the room was ready, to keeping our bags after checkout. Even though we checked out at 11:00 AM, they stored our luggage until 8:00 PM so we could fit in another hike. The ladies at the front desk also helped with logistics and showed us a great shortcut to the "Za Strugami" bus stop, which made it easy to get to Kościeliska Valley and Chochołowskie Thermal Baths. We really appreciated that. We had a great romantic getaway at Willa Jan. The room was tastefully decorated, and the view of Giewont from the balcony was stunning. It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, fridge, and kettle for making tea to take into the mountains. The bathroom came with towels, a hairdryer, and bath gel. The water dispenser by the elevator was handy for filling our bottles, too. Breakfast was a varied buffet, and the coffee from the machine was delicious. After a long day walking, having a private sauna session was pure pleasure. This place is a real game changer. Just keep coming back! 💪😎

The apartment met all my expectations, and Willa Jan turned out to be a perfect choice for my spontaneous trip to Zakopane. I wanted somewhere near both the slopes and the center, and settled on it after looking through lots of listings. I'd recommend getting a room with a mountain view, it's priceless 🤩 Thanks to the whole staff for such a lovely stay ☺️

Other guests were very loud at night, slamming doors, shouting, and playing loud music, and the staff did nothing about it. Housekeeping was another problem: the receptionist asked several times halfway through our stay if we wanted it, we said yes, but nobody came for the whole stay. Our kettle was broken, and although someone was supposed to replace it, they never did. One thing I can highly recommend is the sleigh ride with Jasiek Sobota. It was fantastic, the best in the area.
