KASA Seaview at Coral Beach - Studio for 2 Balcony BEACHFRONT BUILDING POOL

The beach location was great, but our experience with the apartment was frustrating. When we arrived, every room had water on the floor because the AC was leaking. I asked the host to send someone to clean and fix it, and she said it was someone's apartment, not a hotel, and there was no maintenance person who could come right away. We were told to clean it ourselves. There was only one mop, so we used paper towels too. We didn't come on vacation to mop, and there was no apology or offer to compensate us. Later, her VRBO review said the apartment was clean, even though we had to mop it. I also asked for flowers for the birthday girl; she arranged them for a fee and received a tip for helping, but her Vbro account mentioned the flowers without saying she'd been paid. The AC was a bigger problem. It didn't work in one bedroom or in the living room, and we had to put a garbage can underneath to catch the leak. At night, we could hear the drip, drip, drip. The host said there were ceiling fans, but it's hot in Puerto Rico, and I can't sleep in that heat with only a fan. Maintenance finally fixed the AC Tuesday afternoon, and we checked out Wednesday morning. That meant three of our four days there were without AC in all but one bedroom. The listing photos were misleading too: they showed one full bed and three twins, but there were actually two full beds and one twin. With a more accommodating host, I might have given it more than two stars. At least it wasn't a one-star stay.

The apartment in Meraki listings was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and lobby were in great condition too. Coral Beach Towers is secure, well maintained, right on the beach, and close to everything in Isla Verde. With direct beach access, it worked well for a relaxing vacation or a longer stay. We'd definitely return.

The condo had everything we needed, including a great balcony, and the direct beach access and huge pool were highlights. Security was top notch, parking was easy to maneuver, and the place was quiet with nice people around. We didn't have trouble waiting for the elevators. The only issue was that the air kept shutting off every few hours, and it took us a while to figure that out.

The beachside setting is phenomenal, and there's lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. It's also very close to the airport. The condo had everything we needed, and the 24/7 security made us feel safe. Great place to rent, highly recommend.
