The location was great, and RINCON was great too. You’ll surely enjoy it! But I wasn’t happy that we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. There was just one trash bag, the one already in the bin. The pillows were flat, and the bed and pillows definitely need upgrading. At night you have to deadbolt yourself into the apartment, since there are no other locks. That’s definitely a fire and safety violation.
