Avila Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had lots of useful things, and service was prompt. Entry felt safe. It’s a quick walk to the beach, a park, and plenty of places to eat, and the nearby T5 bus can take you to Isla Verde or farther up to Condado for free. My only complaints were the thin walls, since you can hear everything from the hallway, stairway, and above, and having nowhere to store luggage before or after the stay. We’d gladly come back.

A great place to stay in an excellent location. The owner was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

The service was below par, and there was no warm or hot water.

I booked and paid for an apartment four months ahead and got confirmation. A week before arriving, I called to check in and left a voicemail, but nobody got back to me. When I arrived, I found the whole building under renovation and no rooms available. The landlord gave me no information and never canceled the booking. It’s outrageous, and I’m waiting to see if I can at least get my money back. This feels like fraud. Don’t book this apartment. I had to find another hotel late that evening.
