This well-kept guesthouse is right in the city center, beside the cathedral and close to lots of restaurants. Our room was clean and pleasant, with air conditioning and really good blackout curtains. The shared kitchen was also well maintained. Self check-in and check-out made things convenient, and staff were easy to reach by phone or message.

We had a great stay. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and very clean, and the hostel is just by the cathedral on a lively street where you can go out for a drink at night. The location is hard to beat. The person we spoke with was attentive and helped with whatever we needed.

After a long drive, we arrived very late, but getting in ourselves was simple and we could go straight to bed. The room was lovely and clean, the location was great, and the price was amazing. We'd happily come back.

A clean, welcoming hostel with a real family feel, and great value for money in northern Portugal. Staying here also puts you beside some of Europe's great religious history, with excellent Portuguese food to enjoy nearby.

It actually felt like home here, and I'd happily stay again. The kitchen had tea, coffee, milk, cookies, and chocolates, and even the towels were wrapped with little strings. The women working here kept the whole place SO clean, and the only room with a balcony was beautiful. For a guesthouse with a shared bathroom, it's fantastic. Great price too, and I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
