Breakfast was okay, but below what we'd had at similar places on our trip. The place feels dated, especially the bathrooms, which really need updating. It was hard to find when we arrived, though the bell service was helpful. I'd give it two stars, not four, and I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel's current Google rating doesn't reflect how good it is. It's truly one of the best places I've stayed. The staff were capable and friendly, and they treated me very well. The rooms are luxurious, and the hotel itself is historic. The breakfast was excellent, served in a stunning room. The hotel's other rooms are well worth visiting too.

Lágrimas Residence is a wonderful green space right in the city. With its gardens and greenery, it hardly feels like you're in town. The welcome and customer service were top level, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are centuries old and have the quality shown in the property's promotion. The food tasting was also memorable, with two Michelin stars. I recommend it based on my own lovely experience.

We had a good stay. The building's old-world charm, the very friendly and helpful staff, and the large rooms with good beds all made it enjoyable. Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was fresh. The regular coffee could have been a bit better and hotter.
