The large terrace was lovely for morning coffee and unwinding in the evening, and the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, even toiletries, sunscreen, and aftersun cream. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. The owner welcomed us in person, was kind and helpful, and shared plenty of good restaurant tips. Thanks, Paulo & Francesca, for such a lovely holiday. We’ll definitely come back.

That rooftop terrace was a highlight, and the place felt like a home away from home right in the centre. They’d left nice extras like beer, wine, and toiletries. We loved staying here and would come back.

We’re at The Sunny Cottage now for a little pre-Christmas treat, and it’s been perfect. Paulo and Francesca have thought of everything. Paulo met us there, took the time to explain things, and is just a WhatsApp message away. We can walk to the shops, Xmas market, and old historic town, and it’s all wonderful.

The owners have thought of so many useful details, from maps and WiFi to candles, power adapters, a shoe-shining kit, and a scale for weighing luggage. There were also soaps, gels, shaving cream, and bottles of wine and water waiting when we arrived. The cottage has a nice kitchen with all the appliances and a rooftop area. Great spot, with restaurants and sights close by. I strongly recommend it.

We had a great week here as a couple and would happily stay longer. Everything is nearby, including a cafe literally next door. The rooftop patio looks like a lovely place to enjoy in summer, so we’d like to come back then.
