We spent New Year's Eve here and watched the best fireworks we've ever seen from our room. Beatrice welcomed us so warmly, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. They even made a delicious cake for my son's birthday without us asking. Fresh bread, breakfast meats, cheese, and more were brought daily. Most major sights are close, with Belem only a short ride away. From our balcony we could see pink street. Check out Rio restaurant, the food is ridiculously good and affordable, and they serve wine by the jug. We loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay in Lisbon. The apartment was huge, beautiful, and fully stocked. It's central, and you can see Pink street through the wide-opening double windows, but it was still quiet enough in the evenings. Fresh bread and eggs were brought right to the apartment each day, with great service.

The service was the main reason we wouldn't recommend this place. There were five of us, but some of what was provided wasn't enough. The two women at reception didn't feel very welcoming, and we had to ask several times for things. After three requests they brought only three pairs of slippers for our group of five. There was just one bottle of water for drinking and making breakfast tea. When we asked for another, the receptionist said she didn't think that was possible. Breakfast also wasn't what we expected. One pillow smelled bad, and there were many other things we didn't like. I'd give the hotel three stars at most.

We spent four days in Apt A, and the hot water kept running out after about five minutes in the shower. When we called the service line, no one came to fix it. They told us to wait hours for the tank to refill, and didn't seem to care. The facilities were broken and the management's attitude was worse. They showed no concern for guests' well-being. Save your money and stay somewhere the basic amenities work.
