The staff made the stay especially lovely. Bea, Mariana, and everyone we met were thoughtful and kind, and we enjoyed hearing their take on Lisbon. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight too, with views of Castelo de São Jorge and a good spread of breads, meats, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes, and Portuguese food. We also had an excellent dinner at Luzzi, where Luan took great care of us. The new Andaz is beautifully fitted out, with rich colors and textures throughout, from the lobby and rooms to the rooftop restaurant and lounge.

The breakfast was incredible, and the bartenders were great in the evenings. Staff were helpful every day. We’re Globalists, and they treated us well. A magnificent hotel in Lisbon.

The bed was comfortable, and the room’s blackout curtains worked wonderfully. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s near the water, the arch, shops, and restaurants, with a lobby bar and an evening rooftop bar and restaurant.

Dinner at Luzzi was a real highlight, especially the Bibinca. That traditional Goan dessert was rich, layered, and so indulgent, and the rest of the food was full of flavor too. Service was attentive without getting in the way. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, just right to return to after exploring Lisbon. From the start, the staff were warm and clearly cared about making our stay special. We had a truly memorable visit and will be back.
