This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was colder than outside when we visited in December. The air conditioning didn't work, the walls were covered in mould, and there was a smell in the room. Breakfast was completely different from what was advertised on Booking.com. The staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. When I raised the issue, they tried to tell my dad, who isn't fluent in English, that they'd explained the day before that we could change rooms if a technician couldn't fix the air conditioner. That clearly hadn't happened, since nobody came to look at it. I'm disgusted.

We spent four nights here, and the double rooms are very quiet. You can walk to all the wonderful places, or get there cheaply by Uber or Bolt. The best part for us was the staff, who were awesome, always helpful and very, very friendly. A wonderful place to stay. Maribel and Jürgen

Quiet, clean, nice and cheap. The location is good, breakfast is provided in the morning, and there are plenty of places nearby for lunch or dinner. What more do you need?

It was a disaster. The room was cold, the air conditioning didn't work, and the staff couldn't do anything about it. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall that let you see everything, plus a sewage smell. Breakfast was terrible and nothing like the booking description. The juices were only for staff to drink.

Breakfast was really good, and the staff were very welcoming. They also let us keep our bicycles in a storage room.
