Bruno was especially helpful and hospitable, and the welcome at reception was warm from the start. I had a wonderful stay at Bairro Alto Suites. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel is right in the heart of the city, so the location is excellent. Everything made for a very pleasant visit. I’d happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

The neighborhood was lovely, and the location worked perfectly for me. My room was quiet, clean, and everything in it worked. The staff were kind and got back to me right away. Just remember to call the number on the website when you arrive, in case the receptionist hasn't arrived yet. There wasn't a mini fridge in my room, though the hotel had one where I could leave things. I'd happily stay here again. Loved it!

Ricardo at reception was great with all our questions, and even carried our suitcases up to the room. The rooms are compact, but clean and have what you need. Highly recommend!

You can step right out to food, shops, markets, and laundry, and one of Lisbon's most breathtaking views is just a short minute's walk away. The location is hard to beat. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and the patio was nice too. Staff were incredibly helpful, and they even offered us complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which is rare. Highly recommend!

Right on the edge of Bairro Alto, with atmospheric spots and places to get together nearby. The room was nicely decorated, and everything throughout was well styled and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick, and not having keys was really convenient.
