The welcome gift was a nice touch, and the location and price were good. The furniture and windows were poor, though, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. There was loud construction on the ground floor all day, and getting the heating to work was almost impossible.

Miguel has been attentive, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed something on every visit. I've stayed in these apartments each time I've traveled to Lisbon, and keep coming back because they're spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and well equipped. The views are fantastic, and the location makes it easy to get around: public transport stops nearby will take you anywhere in the city without a car. I recommend them 100%.

The location is very good, but the apartment wasn't clean: there was hair all over, including on the bed and floor. Several things were in poor shape, with the fridge, faucet, and shower broken or partly disassembled. Keep in mind that it's on the second or third floor and there's no elevator. If you sleep on the living room sofa bed, expect a lot of street noise from the road outside, with a soccer field right next door.

I've stayed here three times, and each visit has been pleasant. The room layout was nice, the location was great, and local wine was waiting for us each time. Miguel was always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
