I stayed here with my fiancé last weekend, and the service was great. The staff were both professional and kind. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Breakfast was tasty, with savory and sweet options and a great choice of coffee. Being able to get a snack from 2 pm until midnight is a big plus, really nice of you. Thanks as well for the thoughtful chocolate praline left in our room. If I come back to Lisbon, I'd definitely stay here again.

The location worked well for us, about a five-minute walk to the tourist center. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was very good for a hotel of this size. They also thoughtfully offered afternoon tea. The building is old, so some worn facilities are understandable, but the general cleaning could be better.

We had a spacious, very nice room in a great spot. Breakfast was nice, and there was coffee and cake available throughout the day. The staff were really helpful and gave us great restaurant and fado tips. Would definitely recommend it.

The staff were so caring and the room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, modern, and very clean. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cheese, prosciutto, eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and tea. The hotel is close to the metro and within walking distance of the main attractions. This is the best hotel I’ve experienced, and I’d definitely stay at Bica FLH again if I come back to Lisbon.

We loved staying here. The door staff were amazing, our room was clean and nice, and breakfast was very good, with meat and plenty of variety. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
